THUNDER BAY,, ONTARIO, ~~~ May 20, 2020 (LSN) Just another random attack on a citizen that the community was not told about by the Police PR Department.
Last evening, Wednesday, May 20, 2020 a random citizen washing his vehicle in his own driveway in the 300 block of Tamarack Place was suddenly attacked and assaulted without provocation. His vehicle door was damaged and he had a bicycle thrown at him.
The victim received some minor cuts that caused bleeding. The vehicle door won’t close and is estimated to be about $2000 to repair.
Thunder Bay Police were called and arrested an intoxicated 30 year old KERRY WABASSON.
WABASSON was held overnight in a jail cell at the Thunder Bay Police Station where he sobered up.
He appeared by video this morning in Thunder Bay Bail Court before Her Worship, Justice of the Peace Zelda Kitchekeesic.
WABASSON was released with conditions and a future court date.
