THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO ~~~~~ July 2, 2022 (LSNews) Hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officers responded to a call of violence early this morning, Saturday July 2,2022.
Officers arrived quickly to investigate and learned a man on bail & probation with curfew conditions had assaulted a woman.
A suspect was arrested.
A 27 year old indigenous male, MARTIN LEGARDE was criminally charged with:
- -assault woman
- -breach of his September 13,2021 probation order
- -breach of his bail curfew condition (10pm to 7am)
LEGARDE was transported to the Thunder Bay Jail today, and has another court appearance on July 7,2022
