GRAND PORTAGE, MINNESOTA March 31, 2020 (LSN) — U.S. Customs and Border Protection will temporarily suspend operations at Trusted Traveler Program enrollment centers nationwide from March 19 until at least May 1, 2020. CBP is taking this precautionary measure to minimize the exposure of CBP personnel and the public to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
Due to this suspension, the Grand Portage NEXUS Workshop scheduled for May 2020 will be postponed. No new date has been set at this time.
CBP’s highest priority is to ensure the health, safety and security of our workforce and the American people. CBP agents, officers and mission support personnel will continue to support the whole-of-government response to the COVID-19 outbreak.
