THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO ~~~~~~ April 18, 2021 (LSN) Hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officers responded to a threatening incident last evening, Saturday April 17,2021 on Donald Street.
A 26 year old JONAH KENNY THOMAS was allegedly out car hopping ( breaking into vehicles)when he was confronted by the property owner. THOMAS responded by threatening the property owner with a knife.
THOMAS was arrested and criminally charged with:
- -threatening to cause harm with a knife

THOMAS spent the night in custody at Balmoral Police Station and appeared by video in Bail Court this morning, Sunday April 18,2021 before His Worship, Justice of the Peace Bernard Caron.
THOMAS has a long history of theft, violence & car hopping.
THOMAS was recently stabbed by his own brother Jordan Thomas at the Sea-Vue Motel while Jordan was supposed to be in quarantine at the Prince Arthur Hotel. The Director of Communications at TBPS & his local taxpayer subsidized media buddies didn’t tell the public about that incident either.
THOMAS was staying at the John Howard Society, but they aren’t sure if they want him back.
THOMAS was transported to the Thunder Bay Jail and has another court appearance on Tuesday.
THOMAS was beaten by several inmates at the Thunder Bay Jail two years ago.
