CHILD PORN SUSPECT ARRESTED Castle Green

Hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officers arrested a child porn suspect last night, Wednesday June 16, 2021

After an investigation by TBPS Officers, it is alleged that a 19 year old AIDEN COLLANDER of the 1000 block of Castlegreen Drive in Thunder Bay accessed child pornography between April 1,2021 and June 9,2021. Officers executed search warrants on June 4,2021 and June 9,2021.Officers seized several electronic devices. Allegedly there were over 180 child pornography videos in the possession of COLLANDER.

It is further alleged that COLLANDER filmed a woman over a bathroom stall in Grandvuew Mall while masturbating in an adjacent stall.

AIDEN COLLANDER is criminally charged with:

  • -access child pornography
  • -voyeurism- video person for a sexual purpose

COLLANDER was held overnight at the Balmoral Police Station and appeared by video before Her Worship, Justice of the Peace Denette Ellard this morning in Bail Court.

Inside Edition has learned that COLLANDER will be released with several conditions on a $300 no deposit release order to go live at a home in the 400 block of James Street North

As per usual practice, the Director of Communications at TBPS doesn’t notify the public about much anymore. He is very sympathetic to child porn suspects.
Hiring an ad salesman from TBLAZYWATCH has been a disaster for years. He refuses to warn the public about sexual predators in the city and won’t even share photos with the public.

Thunder Bay maintained its title as the murder capital of Canada in 2018,  For the third consecutive year - and the fourth time in the last five years

 It has been announced again that Thunder Bay is the Murder Capital of Canada for 2018 in Canada for CMAs with populations between 100,000 to less than 500,000 people

It’s made Thunder Bay the highest per capita opioid death rate in Ontario.

The 44 deaths were a 40 per cent increase from 2017, a year in which Thunder Bay also held the highest provincial rate.

Between July 2017 and June 2018, nearly 3,900 naloxone kits were handed out by the Thunder Bay District Health Unit and local pharmacies,
