“MISSING” ARSONIST PLEADS GUILTY

THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO  ~~~~~  May 2, 2022 (LSNews)    A 45 year old FRANK RICHARD JOHN ESQUEGA appeared by video from the Thunder Bay Correctional Center today Monday May 2,2022 before Justice David Stone to plead guilty to a couple crimes.

TBPS MEDIA RELATIONS COORDINATOR SCOTT PARADIS CAUGHT NOT TELLING THE TRUTH TO THE PUBLIC AGAIN

A fire was intentionally started at the 3Ride Bicycle Company located at 240A Red River Road on September 29,2021. ESQUEGA was on bail at the time. He pleads guilty.

ESQUEGA is guilty of:

  • -arson
  • -breach of release order

ESQUEGA has been in custody since February 1, 2022 when TBPS Media Relations Coordinator Scott Paradis claimed that ESQUEGA was found. Paradis lied to the public on January 31,2022 when he said ESQUEGA was “MISSING”

Paradis has been abusing the missing persons program for years with the approval of Chris Adams & Sylvie Hauth.

TBLAZYWATCH has been knowingly helping Paradis abuse the missing persons program.

A presentence report with Gladue component has been ordered. A date for sentencing has been set for June 10,2022

ESQUEGA remains in custody.
