Why does the TB Police Media Department not warn families
THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO ~~~~~ April 15, 2022 (LSNews) TBPS MEDIA RELATIONS COORDINATOR SCOTT PARADIS NEVER TOLD THE PUBLIC THAT A CONVICTED SEX OFFENDER WAS WANTED FOR ANOTHER RAPE.
Hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officers have arrested a convicted Sex Offender who was in Thunder Bay stalking a young woman under the age of 16, whom he allegedly raped on April 1,2022
Hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officers have arrested a convicted Sex Offender who was in Thunder Bay stalking a young woman under the age of 16, whom he allegedly raped on April 1,2022
The details of this case are very disturbing and it’s a sad state of affairs when TBPS Media Relations Coordinator Scott Paradis or his boss Director of Communications Chris Adams won’t tell the public.
A 48 year old MORRIS JAMES FURLONG has been criminally charged with:
- -sexual assault
- -uttering threats to kill or cause harm X 3
- -criminal harassment (stalking)
- -breach of Sex Offender Order to not be near anyone under the age of 16 years
FURLONG is a convicted Sex Offender from Fort Frances who raped a young girl there.
FURLONG moved to Thunder Bay after his release from the penitentary, but the public was never notified by TBPS Media Relations Coordinator Scott Paradis.
FURLONG was held overnight at Balmoral Police Station and transported to the Thunder Bay Jail today, Friday April 15,2022
FURLONG has another court appearance on Tuesday, April 19, 2022
