WANTED WOMAN BEATER ON PROBATION ARRESTED BY HARDWORKING THUNDER BAY POLICE OFFICERS.
A 49 year old GARY POULIN was WANTED on an arrest warrant since April 23,2020 by Thunder Bay Police Officers.
The incredibly useless Director of Communications at TBPS (former ad salesman for TBLAZYWATCH) didn’t tell the public that a woman was seriously injured and POULIN was wanted. He’s most likely busy on another Javex enema.
On April 23,2020 a woman received injuries after being allegedly assaulted by GARY POULIN.
TBPS OFFICERS issued an arrest warrant and executed it last evening, Tuesday April 28,2020.
POULIN has been charged with assault causing bodily harm and breach of probation.
POULIN was denied release this morning and is on his way to the Thunder Bay Jail.

VICIOUS AGGRAVATED ASSAULT AT THE ROYALTON HOTEL RESULTS IN VICTIM WITH NUMEROUS BONE FRACTURES BEING HOSPITALIZED WITH SERIOUS INJURIES
THUNDER BAY POLICE OFFICERS AND FIRST RESPONDERS WORKING HARD THIS WEEKEND.
DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS AT TBPS MIGHT BE ENJOYING A HOT TUB SOY SOAKING FOLLOWED BY A SOY MASSAGE.
Appearing this morning, Sunday March 3,2019 via video from the Thunder Bay Police Station in Bail Courtroom 104 is 48 year old GARY JOSEPH POULIN (pictured below)
It’s W.A.S.H. (Weekend And Statutory Holiday) Court today. Her Worship, Justice of the Peace Anna Gibbon is presiding. Provincial Crown Misbah Haque is here along with Lakehead Law Student Brennyn Watterton.
Thunder Bay Police were called to the Royalton Hotel yesterday afternoon after an indigenous male was seriously injured in a violent attack resulting in multiple bone fractures.
GARY JOSEPH POULIN was arrested by Thunder Bay Police and charged with aggravated assault. POULIN has a criminal record full of violence and numerous breaches of court orders.
Crown Attorney Haque is opposed to his release on primary and secondary grounds.
Lakehead Law student Brennyn Watterton is very well spoken and articulate in court. She is very impressive for a young student. I suspect it’s a name we’ll be hearing more of in the future. Good job Brennyn.
She will contact POULIN’s lawyer Leon Nicol and the matter will be over to video from jail this week.
POULIN is heading to Thunder Bay Jail.
He’s ordered not to contact the victim or witnesses.
Another 40 year old man with the surname Baxter was also charged with a regular assault charge. It’s alleged he only struck the victim twice in the face. He also has outstanding charges.
As per usual practice, no notification to the public from the Director of Communications at TBPS or local taxpayer subsidized media.
Editorial Opinion
It is time that our hard-working police officers are supported by the police administration and we are warned about people like this, loose in our community.
It is time the Thunder Bay Police Administration focus on the Safety of our families rather than a highly paid pannel that plans an extended visit to Thunder Bay next week, the chair Mukherjee, from Toronto, says the pannel will travel here with a sense that the police service needs to build a working relationship with the entire Northwest region.
