Robin’s Donuts, 300 May Street
THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO ~~~~~ May 16, 2022 (LSNews) Hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officers responded to a call yesterday, Monday May 16,2022 at the Robin’s Donuts, 300 May Street South after an employee had a hot coffee thrown at her and was threatened with death. It’s alleged that the suspect told the employee “ I’m going to kill you and kick your ass all over Thunder Bay”
TBPS MEDIA RELATIONS COORDINATOR SCOTT PARADIS IS REFUSING TO TELL THE PUBLIC AGAIN
Hardworking TBPS Officers arrived at 8:58pm to investigate and arrested a suspect.
A 52 year old KIMBERLEE ANNE KIRKUP was criminally charged with:
- -assault with a weapon (hot coffee)
- -utter threat to cause death
KIRKUP was held overnight at Balmoral Police Station and appeared by Justice of the Peace Anna Gibbon this morning, Tuesday May 17,2022
KIRKUP told Justice of the Peace Gibbon that she has a brain injury.
Justice of the Peace Gibbon refused to order any no deposit bail and ordered KIRKUP be released with conditions:
- -no contact with victims
- -report address to TBPS
- -no weapons
- -not attend Robin’s Donuts at 300 May Street South
- -not attend Thunder Bay Social Housing at Cumberland Street South
KIRKUP has another court appearance on June 7,2022
TBPS Media Relations Coordinator Scott Paradis doesn’t care if coffee shop employees are threatened and assaulted, so he won’t tell the public. His buddies at TBLAZYWATCH are equally as useless.
