RELEASED ON $12 500 NO DEPOSIT BAIL

THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO  ~~~ July 12, 2020 (LSN)   JUSTICE OF THE PEACE ZELDA KITCHEKEESIC FOLLOWS THE LAW, THEN CHANGES HER MIND AND DECIDES NOT TO FOLLOW IT.

DRUG DEALING GANGSTER GOING TO LIVE WITH HIS Daddy AND STEP Mother

The 24 year old old with a Liberal Arts degree appeared by audio from the Thunder Bay Jail in Bail Court on Friday July 10,2020 before Her Worship, Justice of the Peace Zelda Kitchekeesic.

JAMES has retained the services of defence attorney Nicole Rozier from the prestigious MOON ROZIER LEGAL PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION out of Brampton, Ontario.

The skilled and hardworking Federal Crown Arturo Acosta is on the line to argue for the detention of this gamgster

On Saturday July 4,2020 hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officer Kevin Dzijak interrupted 2 Southern Ontario black males making a substantial drug deal in a vehicle right outside a known trap house in Thunder Bay Social Housing at 824 McLaughlin Street.

The vehicle with KHALIEL JAMES behind the wheel and an 18 year old SAYED MOHAD HASSAN JAWHARY of Scarborough in the back seat had $13 460 in plain view.

JAWHARY attempted to flee, but was ultimately arrested by hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officer Kevin Dzijak

Thunder Bay Police seized almost a 1/4 pound of cocaine and $13 460 Canadian cash.

They were both brought to the Thunder Bay Police Station and placed in jail cells.

A 24 year old KHALIEL NOBLE JAMES of Windsor was criminally charged with

  • -possession of cocaine for purpose of trafficking
  • -possession of proceeds of crime exceeding $5000

An 18 year old SAYED MOHAD HASSAN JAWHARY of Scarborough was criminally charged with:

  • -possession of cocaine for purpose of trafficking
  • -possession of proceeds of crime exceeding $5000
  • -resist Thunder Bay Police Officer Kevin Dzijak by attempting to flee.

They were both held in the Thunder Bay Jail.

Federal Crown Attorney Arturo Acosta has no interest in making anything easy for the release of this gamgster. So this is a contested bail hearing. His focus is on protecting our community.
This is a reverse onus situation by the nature of the charges and defence will need to show why JAMES should be released.

ROZIER has a bail plan to have JAMES go live with his daddy and step mommy at Tinder Crescent in North York.
A 46 year old ANSON JAMES and a 35 year old CRYSTAL HELEN are the sureties.

KHALIEL JAMES has no criminal record.

ACOSTA fought hard to keep this football player behind bars.

Ultimately, Her Worship Justice of the Peace Kitchekeesic decides to release JAMES

FIRST SHE FOLLOWS THE LAW, THEN CHANGES HER MIND

Her Worship Kitchekeesic decided that a $5000 no deposit bail on each of the sureties would apply and wanted a $1000 cash deposit bail on the accused.

Defence lawyer Rozier argues that its Friday afternoon and no one is there to place $1000 cash deposit. Her client would be forced to spend the weekend in jail.

Federal Crown Acosta argues that the law states a cash deposit must be made when they reside over 200 kilometres away.

Her Worship Kitchekeesic changes her mind and decides not to follow the law.

A total $12 500 no deposit bail is ordered. $5000 on each surety and $2500 on the accused. JAMES must leave Thunder Bay within 24 hours to go reside on Tinder Crescent in North York with his Daddy and step mommy along with conditions:

  • -9pm to 6am curfew
  • -no contact with coaccused
  • -stay out of the District of Thunder Bay.

He was released around 7pm from the Thunder Bay Jail.

His next court appearance is September 15,2020.

Inside Edition sources have confirmed that JAMES had a promising athletic career and also has a child. He played Canadian Junior Football with the Westshore Rebels in Langford, British Columbia and the York Lions University football team. He acquired a Liberal Arts degree from York University which undoubtedly got him interested in a drug dealing career.
