TORONTO DRUG DEALER BUSTED

THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO ~~~~~  October 16, 2020 (LSN)  Hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officers busted another 19 year old black male, Toronto area drug dealer in our city yesterday, Thursday October 15,2020

A 19 year old DONTE LINDSAY was arrested and criminally charged with:

  • -breach of bail (he’s supposed to be residing in Brampton)
  • -wilfully obstruct TBPS Officers by providing false name.

DONTE LINDSAY has outstanding drug-dealing charges in Southern Ontario.

DONTE LINDSAY spent the night in a jail cell at Balmoral Police Station and appeared by phone in Bail Court before Her Worship, Justice of the Peace Denette Ellard this morning, Friday October 16,2020.

Provincial Crown Attorney Natasha Jerome would not consent to the release of DONTE LINDSAY.

LINDSAY’S lawyer Amanda Somek was upset that her client is not going to be released. The earliest opportunity for a Bail Hearing is next Friday.

DONTE LINDSAY is headed to the Thunder Bay Jail where he will reunite with his Toronto friends. He has another court appearance on Monday.
