THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO ~~~~~~ May 5, 2022 (LSNews) The black male teenage suspect in the murder of Conrad Bannon appeared by video this morning, Thursday May 5,2022 before Her Honour, Justice Danalyn McKinnon in youth court from the Sprucedale Youth Center in Simcoe, Ontario.
A 17 year old black male K. M-J. had first degree murder & gun charges in relation to the shooting death of local drug dealer, 31 year old Conrad Bannon in Thunder Bay Social Housing on November 4,2021 at 230 Amelia Street West.
Provincial Crown Attorney Danielle Wood informed the court that the murder and gun charges would be withdrawn by the Crown because there is no reasonable prospect of conviction.
Justice Mackinnon ordered the gun & murder charges be marked withdrawn.
The youth still has a number of outstanding criminal charges from May 6,2021, but TBPS Media Relations Coordinator Scott Paradis never told the public about those.

SUSPECT IN GUNSHOT SHOOTING OF CONRAD BANNON IN CUSTODY
Hardworking Waterloo Police Officers have arrested a 17 year old youth who was wanted on a Canada wide warrant for the first degree murder of CONRAD BANNON
Officers had surrounded the McNaughton / Oak street area in Cambridge around 4:30pm and successfully made an arrest.

A 17 year old black male K. M-J. has been arrested and criminally charged with the first degree murder of CONRAD BANNON on November 3,2021.
The youth is facing numerous other charges related to possession of a loaded handgun.
THE YOUTH WAS ALSO ON BAIL FOR OTHER CHARGES AT THE TIME AND HAD A CONDITION NOT TO POSSESS WEAPONS.
Inside Edition has learned that hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officers are heading to Waterloo to pick up this murder suspect.
The youth will have a court appearance next week in Thunder Bay.

Sadly, Scott has struggled to communicate to the public since being hired from TBLAZYWATCH. Him and his boss, Chris Adams seem clueless as to what public safety is. Police Chief Sylvie Hauth has been an ineffective leader.
