Released on Bail

THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO  ~~~~~~  August 2, 2021  (LSNews)  Hardworking Thunder Bay Police were busy yesterday, Sunday August 1,2021 investigating an incident of child molestation in Northwood.

The alleged details are disturbing.

As a result of the investigation and evidence TBPS collected, a suspect was arrested.

A 38 year old TYLER JACKSON BURKE received several criminal charges related to a sex assault on person under 16 years of age.

BURKE spent the night in custody at Balmoral Police Station and appeared in Bail Court today, Monday July 2,2021 before Her Worship, Justice of the Peace Jennifer Neil.

A publication ban was ordered against all evidence given and the naming of the child victim.

BURKE was released with conditions:

  • -no weapons
  • -no contact with victim
  • -not be around any children under 16 without an adult present
  • -must report his address to Thunder Bay Police

As per usual practice, the Director Of Communications at TBPS is protecting sex offenders again and won’t tell the public. He really doesn’t care for the safety of children.

Local taxpayer subsidized media also don’t care about kids.
