While the investigation was underway, ROSS dropped a small bag of Fentanyl in front of TBPS Officers. This led to him being arrested.  Further search yielded a total of 164.6 grams of Fentanyl.

The court learns that ROSS was wanted on a committal warrant because his surety revoked status on his release order.  This is a significant quantity of Fentanyl and ROSS will be detained for a bail hearing. His next court appearance is Wednesday September 9,2020

The public was never notified of his Wanted status.
