THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO ~~~~~~ May 8, 2022 (LSNews) Hardworking Greenstone OPP Officers responded to a call last night, Saturday May 7,2022 at 233 Otter Road on the Long Lake 58 Reserve regarding a home invasion.
Officers responded quickly to investigate and arrested a suspect.
ELTON JOHN LEGARDE was criminally charged with:
-unlawful entry into dwelling house
-utter threat to cause bodily harm
-breach of bail (not residing at address approved by John Howard Society)
-breach of bail (curfew 11pm to 7am)
-breach of probation
LEGARDE has numerous outstanding charges and was transported to the Thunder Bay Jail today, Sunday May 8,2022
LEGARDE has a court appearance on Tuesday May 10,2022

ELTON JOHN LEGARDE was arrested for:
- -sexual assault
- -cocaine trafficking
- -breach of bail (not residing with surety)
- -assault
LEGARDE has numerous outstanding criminal charges of assaults & breaches
LEGARDE was held overnight at the Greenstone OPP detachment and transported to the Thunder Bay Jail today, Tuesday December 7,2021
LEGARDE has another court appearance on Thursday
