DRUNK RESTAURANT OWNER ASSAULTS TBPS OFFICER IN KAKABEKA FALLS

Numerous sources indicate that hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officers responded to a call of a disturbance last evening, Wednesday September 22,2022 at The Eddy restaurant in Kakabeka Falls.
TBPS Officers arrived after 7pm to find a white male allegedly under the influence of alcohol creating a disturbance by being “overly friendly” with females in the restaurant.
TBPS Officers were called and it’s alleged the suspect’s father was pulling several empty liquor bottles out of the suspect’s vehicle.
The suspect’s wife then showed up with his five children while the drunken drama continued.
It’s alleged the white male suspect is the owner of the restaurant.
A TBPS Officer was allegedly assaulted by the intoxicated male and was arrested.
TOMAS POSTUMA was criminally charged with:
- -assaulting a TBPS Officer
POSTUMA was brought to Balmoral Police Station to sober up in a jail cell overnight.
POSTUMA was released at 8am this morning, Thursday September 22,2022 on an Officer In Charge Undertaking.
POSTUMA has a future court date in Thunder Bay.
TBPS Media Relations Coordinator Scott Paradis & his buddies are refusing to tell the public again. They don’t care about the safety of Police Officers and they promote an anti-police agenda.
