DRUG DEALER’S SURETY ASLEEP IN COURTHOUSE WASHROOM
THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO ~~~~~ August 17, 2022 (LSNews) 37-year-old CODEY JAMES LITTLE appeared by video from the Thuner Bay Jail today, Wednesday August 17, 2022 in Courtroom 105. LITTLE was hoping to be released on bail again.
LITTLE was arrested shortly after midnight on Tuesday August 16,2022 by Thunder Bay Police. He was found outside without his surety over 4 hours past his curfew. He was supposed to be residing with his surety, LINDSEY WARREN in the 100 block of Harold Street.
LITTLE was criminally charged with:
- -breach of release order X 2
WARREN came to the courthouse today hoping to be surety again for LITTLE. Thunder Bay Police Officers found her sleeping near a toilet in the courthouse washroom.
Federal Crown Attorney Alec Hardiejowskie thought that WARREN was not doing her job as a surety and would not consent to the release of LITTLE.
This caused LITTLE to become irate and began accusing the police of making up lies about why he was arrested.
The entire matter was remanded to Friday August 19,2022
LITTLE was previously released on bail on April 29,2022
TBPS Media Relations Coordinator Scott Paradis refused to tell the public about this fentanyl dealer.
