THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO ~~~~~ June 22, 2022 (LSNews) Hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officers have arrested a suspect in the shooting murder of 29 year old ADRIAN ANTHONY RICHARDSON at 453 Hodder Avenue on May 2,2022
The suspect was arrested yesterday, Tuesday June 21,2022 and is coaccused with other drug dealers, TELIQUE RICKETTS & JACOB GREEN.
A 29 year old black male, HENOK BANJAW of Thunder Bay was criminally charged with:
BANJAW has outstanding drug dealing charges and made a court appearance this morning, Wednesday June 22,2022 before Justice of the Peace Nancy Tulloch.
First degree murder is an automatic detention order and only a Superior Court Justice can order a release.
BANJAW is being transported to the Thunder Bay Jail and has another court appearance next week.

TRAFFIC STOP TURNS INTO DRUG BUST
TBPS MEDIA RELATIONS COORDINATOR SCOTT PARADIS ISN’T TELLING THE PUBLIC AGAIN
Hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officers conducted a traffic stop on a suspected impaired driver around 1am this morning, Tuesday April 5,2022
The vehicle was occupied by two black males.
TBPS Officers located a quantity of fentanyl & crack cocaine on the passenger who gave police a false name.
The driver & passenger were arrested.
The driver, a 29 year old HENOK BANJAW of Thunder Bay was criminally charged with:
- -possession of fentanyl for purpose of trafficking
- -possession of crack cocaine for purpose of trafficking
The passenger, a 21 year old TRAVARN ATKINSON of Toronto area was criminally charged with:
- -possession of fentanyl for purpose of trafficking
- -possession of crack cocaine for purpose of trafficking
BANJAW was released with a future court date.
ATKINSON was transported to the Thunder Bay Jail and has another court appearance on Thursday.
TBPS Media Relations Coordinator Scott Paradis has failed to tell the public again about drug busts in our city. He’s not very good at doing his job due to his TBLAZYWATCH training.
Police Chief Sylvie Hauth has been unable to get Scott or Chris Adams to do their jobs properly as she is under investigation by the OPP
