THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO ~~~~ January 19, 2022 (LSNews) A 29 year old DYLAN MCCORMACK WOOLACOOT appeared by Zoom from the Toronto South Detention Center in Thunder Bay Plea Court before Justice Joyce Elder today, Wednesday January 19,2022 to plead guilty to some crimes.

ADMITTED FACTS
City taxpayers were paying for COV*D positive homeless people & criminals to stay at the Ramada Inn- Airlane Hotel on February 22, 2021.
The resident of Room 311 was not following the health protocols put in place and asked the man to leave the hotel. He refused.
Thunder Bay Police were called just before 11pm that evening to assist with the removal of the man.
Officers arrived at Room 311 to try talk the man out of the room.
He refused and told police “You’re not getting in, go get a locksmith. Fuck off”
Officers quickly learned the man had damaged the door lock mechanism and barricaded himself in the room.
Thunder Bay Police were required to make entry with a sledgehammer and damaging the door to the tune of $2000.
MCCORMACK WOOLACOOT is guilty of mischief under $5000 and obstruct Thunder Bay Police.
JOINT SUBMISSION
MCCORMACK WOOLACOOT is a homeless criminal from the Toronto area with a criminal record that starts in 2014.
MCCORMACK WOOLACOOT is serving a sentence for other crimes and will be pleading guilty to more crimes next week. The joint submission is for 15 days of time served.
He has no job and won’t pay any restitution.
MCCORMACK WOOLACOOT tells the court he’s sorry for his actions that night.
