One Female Arrested
THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO ~~~~~~ May 16, 2022 (LSNews) Inside Edition has learned that hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officers have identified one of the murder suspects in relation to the shooting death of JAMES ANTHONY CHAPAIS yesterday, Sunday May 15,2022 on the 200 block of Pearl Street.
TBPS MEDIA RELATIONS COORDINATOR SCOTT PARADIS IS REFUSING TO TELL THE PUBLIC
A 49 year old JAMES HOWARD HALVERSON is considered armed & dangerous. The public should not approach him.
Unfortunately, TBPS Media Relations Coordinator Scott Paradis is not earning the public about an armed murder suspect on the loose.

Inside Edition has learned that hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officers have arrested a local drug dealer who was on bail and charged her with first degree murder.
A 44 year old JAIME OSMAR has been criminally charged with: 
- -first degree murder of JAMES ANTHONY CHAPAIS
- -breach of release order
OSMAR spent the night in custody at Balmoral Police Station.
A criminal charge of murder is an automatic detention order. Only a Superior Court Judge can order a bail release.
OSMAR will be transported to the Thunder Bay Correctional Center today, Monday May 16,2022
