WANTED CHILD RAPIST ON BAIL ARRESTED AGAIN BY TBPS

THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO  ~~~~~~   June 22, 2022 (LSNews)  Hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officers have arrested a pedophile wanted on more sex assault charges again. 

It’s alleged that a black male on bail with conditions not to contact females under 18, sexually assaulted a young female on Sunday June 19,2022

Thunder Bay Police investigated and issued a warrant for the arrest of the suspect. 

He was arrested early this morning, Wednesday June 22,2022 by Thunder Bay Police. 

A 21 year old black male, DASHAWN WEDDING-SOUTHERLAND was criminally charged with:

  • -sexual assault on female under 16
  • -touch female under 16 for sexual purpose 
  • -assault
  • -breach of bail 

WEDDING-SOUTHERLAND was held overnight at Balmoral Police Station and transported to the Thunder Bay Jail today, Wednesday June 22,2022

WEDDING-SOUTHERLAND has outstanding sex charges on young girls. (Read more below)

WEDDING-SOUTHERLAND was transported to the Thunder Bay Jail and has another court appearance this week. 

Despite being arrested several times now, TBPS Media Relations Coordinator Scott Paradis still won’t tell the public. He doesn’t seem to care much about young females in our city

WANTED PEDOPHILE ARRESTED BY THUNDER BAY POLICE

TBPS MEDIA RELATIONS COORDINATOR SCOTT PARADIS NEVER TOLD THE PUBLIC AGAIN. 

Hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officers have arrested a wanted man again on some serious allegations. 

It’s alleged that on January 14,2022 the male suspect unlawfully confined two females under the age of sixteen and was sexually touching them. 

The man has outstanding criminal charges of sexual assault on a female under sixteen.  

A 20 year old DASHAWN WEDDING-SOUTHERLAND was criminally charged with:

  • -unlawful confinement X 2
  • -sexual interference X 2

WEDDING-SOUTHERLAND was held overnight at Balmoral Police Station and appeared in Thunder Bay Bail Court this morning, Tuesday January 18,2022

WEDDING-SOUTHERLAND was transported to the Thunder Bay Jail today and has another court appearance tomorrow.  

TBPS Media Relations Coordinator Scott Paradis doesn’t seem to care about children in our city, so he’s not telling the public again.

Murders Thunder Bay vs other Ontario Cities

Thunder Bay maintained its title as the murder capital of Canada in 2018,  For the third consecutive year - and the fourth time in the last five years

 It has been announced again that Thunder Bay is the Murder Capital of Canada for 2018 in Canada for CMAs with populations between 100,000 to less than 500,000 people

Thunder Bay had the highest rate in that category with 6.38 homicides per 100,000.

Thunder Bay has the highest Opiod death Rate in Ontario

It’s made Thunder Bay the highest per capita opioid death rate in Ontario.

The 44 deaths were a 40 per cent increase from 2017, a year in which Thunder Bay also held the highest provincial rate.

Between July 2017 and June 2018, nearly 3,900 naloxone kits were handed out by the Thunder Bay District Health Unit and local pharmacies,
