RICHMOND HILL FENTANYL JUNKIE ARRESTED BY THUNDER BAY POLICE

THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO    ~~~~~~  May 17, 2022  (LSNews)  A 23 year old fentanyl junkie from Richmond Hill was arrested yesterday, Monday May 16,2022 as part of the search for suspected killer, JAMES HALVERSON

TBPS MEDIA RELATIONS COORDINATOR SCOTT PARADIS IS REFUSING TO TELL PUBLIC AGAIN

A 23 year old Islamic male NIMA ZAREII was criminally charged with:

  • -possession of fentanyl

ZAREII was held overnight at Balmoral Police Station and appeared before Justice of the Peace Anna Gibbon this morning, Tuesday May 17,2022

ZAREII has outstanding criminal charges of breaching a Section 810 peace bond and disobey court order.

Justice of the Peace Anna Gibbon ordered ZAREII be released with conditions:

-reside in Room 18 at Sea-Vue Motel on Cumberland Street

  • -no weapons
  • -no drugs
  • -notify TBPS of change of address

ZAREII has another court appearance on May 27,2022

TBPS Media Relations Coordinator Scott Paradis never told the public again

Murders Thunder Bay vs other Ontario Cities

Thunder Bay maintained its title as the murder capital of Canada in 2018,  For the third consecutive year - and the fourth time in the last five years

 It has been announced again that Thunder Bay is the Murder Capital of Canada for 2018 in Canada for CMAs with populations between 100,000 to less than 500,000 people

Thunder Bay had the highest rate in that category with 6.38 homicides per 100,000.

It’s made Thunder Bay the highest per capita opioid death rate in Ontario.

The 44 deaths were a 40 per cent increase from 2017, a year in which Thunder Bay also held the highest provincial rate.

Between July 2017 and June 2018, nearly 3,900 naloxone kits were handed out by the Thunder Bay District Health Unit and local pharmacies,
