REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER RELEASED ON BAIL

THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO  ~~~~~  January 13, 2022  (LSNews) A 30 year old GERALD PIPHER appeared by phone from the Thunder Bay Jail this afternoon, Thursday January 13,2022 before Justice of the Peace Denette Ellard in Bail Court.

ELLARD ordered the Registered Sex Offender to be released to live in the 1000 block of Rosedale Avenue

TBPS MEDIA RELATIONS COORDINATOR SCOTT PARADIS REFUSING TO TELL THE PUBLIC ABOUT SEX OFFENDERS AGAIN

GERALD PIPHER must also report to Thunder Bay Police every Monday and not to contact William Hubbard.

His next court appearance is February 14,2022

TBPS Media Relations Coordinator Scott Paradis seems to be very protective of this Registered Sex Offender. His buddies at TBLAZYWATCH are equally protective.

VIOLENT & WANTED SEX OFFENDER CAPTURED BY THUNDER BAY POLICE

TBPS MEDIA RELATIONS COORDINATOR SCOTT PARADIS REFUSING TO TELL THE PUBLIC AGAIN

Inside Edition has learned that a wanted Sex Offender has been captured after his latest attack.

Inside Edition has learned that a man was wanted for failing to attend court for an August 11,2019 incident of violence at the CLE.

The victim received injuries at the hands of the violent male.

A Thunder Bay Police Officer investigation identified a suspect who was a violent & Registered Sex Offender who was wanted on a warrant for failing to register his address with the Sex Offender Registry.

They also learned the male suspect was on probation.

Even though there was a warrant for out for a violent Sex Offender, TBPS Media Relations Coordinator Scott Paradis chose not to tell the public about it. He and his his buddies at TBLAZYWATCH have been actively trying to protect Sex Offenders for years.

A 30 year old GERALD PIPHER was arrested and criminally charged with:

  • -assault causing bodily harm on WILLIAM HUBBARD
  • -breach of probation X 2
  • -failing to register address with Sex Offender Registry.

PIPHER was held in a jail cell at Balmoral Poluce Station and is expected to a court appearance this morning, Monday January 10,2022

Inside Edition has learned that PIPHER has an extensive criminal record and was transported to the Thunder Bay Jail today and has another court appearance on Tuesday.

Thunder Bay maintained its title as the murder capital of Canada in 2018,  For the third consecutive year - and the fourth time in the last five years

 It has been announced again that Thunder Bay is the Murder Capital of Canada for 2018 in Canada for CMAs with populations between 100,000 to less than 500,000 people

Thunder Bay had the highest rate in that category with 6.38 homicides per 100,000.

It’s made Thunder Bay the highest per capita opioid death rate in Ontario.

The 44 deaths were a 40 per cent increase from 2017, a year in which Thunder Bay also held the highest provincial rate.

Between July 2017 and June 2018, nearly 3,900 naloxone kits were handed out by the Thunder Bay District Health Unit and local pharmacies,
