FOREIGN STUDENT ARRESTED BY TBPS FOR SEXUAL INTERFERENCE WITH YOUNG TEENAGER

THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO  ~~~~~~  May 19, 2022 (LSNews)  The Principal of an elementary school on the north side of Thunder Bay phoned hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officers on May 13,2022.

TBPS MEDIA RELATIONS COORDINATOR SCOTT PARADIS NEVER TOLD THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE ARREST

The Principal was very concerned about one of her students being involved in an intimate relationship with a much older bearded man.

Hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officers investigated and contacted the mother of the teenager. With the help of the mother, it was learned that the young thirteen year old girl was indeed in an intimate relationship with a much older man.

Officers learned the suspect was an Indian foreign student attending Confederation College and working at Walmart County Fair.

The suspect was arrested.

A 21 year old JATINDER DEENADAYLAN of India was criminally charged with:

  • -sexual interference with person under 16
  • -sexual invitation with person under 16

DEENADAYLAN was held overnight at Balmoral Police Station and appeared before Justice of Peace Anna Gibbon who ordered him to be released on $500 no deposit bail with conditions:

  • -deposit his Indian passport with Thunder Bay Police
  • -reside at home in 100 block of Blucher Ave
  • -not be within 50 meters of the young girl or her mother
  • -no contact with young girl or her mother -
  • not be in presence of children under the age of 16 except while working at Walmart County Fair in the company of other adults.

DEENADAYLAN has another court appearance on June 14,2022

An Inside Edition source indicates that DEENADAYLAN is also playing indoor soccer for the Confederation College Thunderhawks.

TBPS Media Relations Coordinator Scott Paradis is refusing to tell the public again.

It seems that he doesn’t care much about children in our city.
