DEATH AT THE THUNDER BAY JAIL CAUSES LOCKDOWN

MOVEMENT AT THE THUNDER BAY JAIL HAS BEEN LIMITED WHILE THE INVESTIGATION IS ONGOING

THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO  ~~~~~~  August 8, 2022 (LSNews)  Inside Edition has learned that 26 year old THEARON WAYNE EDGAR DESMOULIN has died in a cell at the Thunder Bay Jail last evening, Sunday August 7,2022.

Foul play is not suspected.

Movement   at the Thunder Bay District Jail has been limited while the Invesrigation is on going.

All Criminal charges withdrawn agains the Pic Mobert Man Due to his Death 

TBPS MEDIA RELATIONS COORDINATOR SCOTT PARADIS AND HIS BUDDIES  ARE REFUSING TO REPORT. They will only report when “MISSING”

This investigation has caused a lockdown situation at the jail which is restricting inmate movements and phone calls.

All 25 outstanding criminal charges against 26 year old THEARON WAYNE EDGAR DESMOULIN are being withdrawn by Crown Attorney Danielle Wood today, Monday August 8,2022 in Courtroom 105.

DESMOULIN has been criminally charged with several violent offences including the stabbing of his own brother Jeremy Desmoulin, who recently passed away last month.

A violent Pic Mobert man who was just released from the Thunder Bay Correctional Center on August 30,2021 has been located by Thunder Bay Police Officers at the homeless gas bar at County Fair Mall. That’s the gas bar that Bill Mauro says he will address, but hasn’t done anything for years about.

DESMOULIN was located with his cousin Simon Angeconeb, another local criminal. Inside Edition is unaware of any criminal charges being laid at this moment.

Murders Thunder Bay vs other Ontario Cities

Thunder Bay maintained its title as the murder capital of Canada in 2018,  For the third consecutive year - and the fourth time in the last five years

 It has been announced again that Thunder Bay is the Murder Capital of Canada for 2018 in Canada for CMAs with populations between 100,000 to less than 500,000 people

Thunder Bay had the highest rate in that category with 6.38 homicides per 100,000.

It’s made Thunder Bay the highest per capita opioid death rate in Ontario.

The 44 deaths were a 40 per cent increase from 2017, a year in which Thunder Bay also held the highest provincial rate.

Between July 2017 and June 2018, nearly 3,900 naloxone kits were handed out by the Thunder Bay District Health Unit and local pharmacies,
