THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO ~~~~~ October 27, 2020 (LSN) Inside Edition would like wish Justice Smith a happy & healthy retirement
Inside Edition sources indicate that Superior Court Justice Patrick Smith is set to retire from the bench at the end of October.
His Honour Smith has served on the Superior Court Bench almost 20 years and been heavily involved in the local legal community.
His Honour sentenced local criminal Scotlund Crompton this week to 4 years in the penitentiary.
His Honour Smith was recently exonerated by the Federal Court on wrongful accusations by the Canadian Judicial Council regarding the acceptance of the position of interim Dean of the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law. Justice Smith was able to steady the chaos created by Angelique Eaglewoman.
Inside Edition would like wish Justice Smith a happy & healthy retirement. All the best to you.

SUPERIOR COURT JUSTICE PATRICK SMITH NAMED THE INTERIM DEAN OF THE BORA LASKIN FACULTY OF LAW AT LAKEHEAD UNIVERSITY.
Justice Smith was appointed to Ontario's Superior Court in 2001, has been given leave from the Court to act as Interim Dean. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the position with the added bonus of being a resident of Thunder Bay.
The previous Dean, an American woman (the 3rd choice of the hiring committee) named Angelique EagleWoman found herself unable to excel at the position and appeared to make poor decisions with staff and students. She did not pass the Ontario Bar Exam. She had a Human Rights Complaint lodged against her for racism and tried to have her name removed from it.
She was unsuccessful. She then submitted her resignation citing “systemic racism” but provided no examples. Local and national media believed her narrative without investigating. By leaving the country, she won’t have to face the embarrassment of a ruling by the Human Rights Tribunal.
Eaglewoman was paid almost 20 000$ a year more than her predecessor, Lee Steusser. There was NO systemic racism in her paycheque. BUT CBC & APTN NEWS WON’T TELL YOU THIS.
Eaglewoman went on a national media tour to lower the reputation of the Law School and Thunder Bay.
His Honour Smith will do his best to repair the damage done by EAGLEWOMAN.
