THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO ~~~~~ November 19, 2020 (LSN) The Director of Communications at TBPS never told the public that Bradley Tomeck was wanted since November 4, 2020
Hardworking Thunder Bay Police caught another criminal wanted on warrants last night, Wednesday, November 18, 2020. A 31-year-old BRADLEY MICHAEL TOMECK was arrested and charged for various allegations in Oliver Paipoonge.
His charges are:
- -unlawful confinement of a woman
- -mischief under $5000 (destroy personal property of victim)
- -utter threats to cause death to woman
- -choking woman
- -assaulting woman
TOMECK has previous criminal convictions of violence towards women.
He spent the night at Balmoral Police Station and appeared before Her Worship, Justice of the Peace Denette Ellard, this morning Thursday November 19,2020
TOMECK has retained Toronto lawyer Brian Ross
The Provincial Crown Attorney would not consent to the release of TOMECK.
He will require a bail hearing. He is being transported to the Thunder Bay Jail.
TOMECK has another court appearance tomorrow to set a date for a bail hearing.
Despite being wanted for weeks for a violent offence against a woman, the Director of Communications at TBPS never told the public. In fact, the Director won’t tell the public that TOMECK was arrested. Police Chief Hauth does nothing to correct this lack of performance.
