THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO ~~~~~ November 30, 2020 (LSN) Hardworking TBPS Officers were called to a residence at 125 Marks Street North at 4:45 pm on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 to remove an unwanted fentanyl dealer who had taken over a home to deal drugs.
An 18 year old NAVED AHMED JAVED of Toronto was in possession of a quantity of suspected fentanyl, a quantity of Canadian currency, and paraphernalia consistent with drug trafficking.
JAVED was criminally charged with:
- -Possession of Fentanyl for the Purpose of Trafficking
- -Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000.
JAVED has been in custody since then at the Thunder Bay Correctional Center. He appeared by phone in Bail Court today, Monday November 30,2020 before Her Worship, Justice Of The Peace Anna Gibbon who ordered him released on $1300 no deposit bail. His mother pledged $800 and the accused pledged $500.
JAVED must leave Thunder Bay and only return for court appearances. He must reside in Toronto. He is not to attend 125 Marks Street North.
His next court appearance is January 14, 2020.
