ADMITTED FACTS

On Tuesday, January 29, 2019, hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officers responded to an abandoned ‪911 in Limbrick Street Social Housing ‪at 7:30am.  Officers responded quickly to the area and knocked on the door of 77H Limbrick.  The registered tenant, Sandra Borg opened the door and let the 2 TBPS Officers in.  Officers conducted a safety check. They found DORIS SLIPPERJACK & BERNARD GOLIBOSKI in the living room. Thunder Bay Police Service officers responded to an apparent abandoned 911 call at a Limbrick Street residence at about 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2019.

As they proceeded up the stairs of the unit, local criminal junkie RENEE GRAVES met them on the stairs.  She was brought down to the living room with the others.  When police entered the bathroom, MILLER & MARAGH were in there together. The toilet was covered with powder cocaine.

Hardworking Officers also located LENWORTH DECOSTA FRANCIS of Scarborough sleeping in a bedroom. Police also located $135 877 in cash located in the bedroom shared by RENEE GRAVES & MICHAEL MILLER.

All occupants were placed under arrest.  While that was occurring, a 24 year old JAVON SHANTONE BRYCE of Sudbury was also arrested.

A search warrant was executed by police.

MILLER was previously wanted by Thunder Bay Police for a high speed chase that resulted in a child being abandoned. The Director of Communications at TBPS never told the public that a convicted killer was wanted from that chase on June 14,2018. As a result of the Director’s failure to notify the public, MILLER remained in the city WANTED by TBPS and still dealing drugs.

In a  statement given by SANDRA BORG to police she said that MILLER took advantage of her as drug addict and took over her home to sell drugs to everyone.
