THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO ~~~~~~ December 1, 2020 (LSN) Hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officers arrested a Toronto man on Monday November 30,2020.
A 20 year old ETYVICK NKONGOLO BUZANGU was criminally charged with possession of cocaine and held at the Balmoral Police Station. He appeared by phone in Bail Court the same day before Her Worship, Justice of the Peace Anna Gibbon.
Federal Crown Attorney Misbah Haque would not consent to the release of BUZANGU.
Sources indicate that BUZANGU has connections to the African country of Congo.
BUZANGU was transported to the Thunder Bay Jail and has another court appearance today.
Just another arrest of a Toronto man with drugs that the Director of Communications at TBPS isn’t telling the public about.
