THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO ~~~~~ November 23, 2020 (LSN) A 36 year old DANA FLORENCE ANN NOBIS appeared by phone from the Thunder Bay Correctional Center on Monday November 23, 2020, in bail court before Justice of the Peace Anna Gibbon.
NOBIS was busted in Limbrick Social Housing with other fentanyl dealers on November 15,2020.
She was criminally charged with:
- -possession of fentanyl for the purpose of trafficking
- -possession of Oxycodone for the purpose of trafficking
Justice of the Peace Anna Gibbon released NOBIS with her mother Alice Nobis as a surety.
Both the accused and her mother pledged $500 each.
NOBIS has conditions:
- -reside at her home in 60 block of Picton Avenue
- -curfew of 9 pm to 7 am
- -comply with curfew compliance checks by hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officers
- -consent to personal searches without search warrant
- -no weapons and no drugs.
NOBIS is ordered not contact her co-accused:
- -ANTHONY NICHOLAS KAPLANIS
- -NATHANIEL JOSHUA MATTHEWS
- -AMANDA YVONNE OWEN
- -17 year old P.A.
Her next court appearance is December 22,2020
