On April 20, 2020 at 10:30 p.m. officers observed the accused riding a bicycle and wearing a backpack near a business in the 0-100 block of White Oak Drive.

TBFR extinguishes late night blaze at N. Cumberland

THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO ~~  April 18, 2020  (LSN)  At approximately 12:45 am last night (April 19/2020) Thunder Bay Fire Rescue responded to a dispatched fire alarm ringing at a Laundry facility located in the 200 block of a N. Cumberland St. strip mall facility. Upon arrival, initial crews reported smoke and fire located visibly in the interior of the front side of the retail store front. The on-scene TBFR Incident Commander requested a full second alarm to respond to the scene as well.
