LONGLAC, ONTARIO,  ~~~~~   April 28, 2022 (LSNews)  OPP S/Sgt Brent Genereux reported that Members of the Greenstone OPP with assistance from the Northwest Region Crime Unit have arrested a 31 year old for arson in the Community of Longlac.

On April 13, 2022 at approximately 7:45pm, members of the Greenstone Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) along with the Greenstone Fire Department received a report of a structure fire at an apartment complex on Kenogami Road in the Town of Longlac, ON.

GERALTON, ONTARIO  ~~~~~~ April 27, 2022 (LSNews)   Allison Lawrence,  A/Media Relations Coordinator in a meida release is reporting that back on April 21, 2022 at approximately 10:30 p.m., officers from the Greenstone Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended a residence where they located two males who had been assaulted. These individuals were flown to a hospital in Thunder Bay with non-life threatening injuries.

All of the accused were remanded in custody until a scheduled to a court appearance on yesterday,  April 26, 2022.
