THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO ~~  May 5, 2020  (LSN)  Hardworking TBPS Officers arrested a 24-year-old BABATUNDE OJDSHINA last night, Monday, May 4, 2020 in a Thunder Bay Social Housing unit at 33 D Limbrick.

BABATUNDE OJDSHINA was criminally charged with being unlawfully in a dwelling house. Sources indicate that he was selling drugs there.

She will appear in bail court this morning before Her Worship Justice of the Peace Zelda Kitchekeesic and be transferred to a youth facility to be held in custody.

Hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officer Moore arrested 29 year old JESSICA JONASSON last night, Monday, May 4, 2020 for breaching her release order. She was wanted since April 12,2020 for failing to remain inside her residence.

THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO ~~~  April 5, 2020 (LSN)  Since January 1, fire fatalities across Ontario increased by 65% compared to the same time last year, with 17 Ontarians dying in fires in March alone. Acting Fire Chief Greg Hankkio wants to remind everyone how important it is to keep fire safety as a priority.

ssistance where an individual fell into the Niagara River

GRAND ISLAND, NEW YORK ~~   May 2, 2020  (LSN) – U.S. Border Patrol agents assigned to the Buffalo Sector responded to a call for assistance where an individual fell into the Niagara River on Grand Island.

Today, at approximately 11:15 a.m. several by-standers witnessed an 88-year old elderly male fall into the Niagara River. They immediately flagged down a Border Patrol agent from the Buffalo Station who was patrolling in the area. The agent responded to the Blue Water Marina on East River Road and alongside the owner of the marina they located the person.
