The white male was arrested in a children’s playground when he was under court orders not to be in playgrounds or near children under 16 years of age.

THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO  ~~~~~  September 19, 2022  (LSNews)  Hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officers responded to reports of a thief at Marshalls store at the Intercity Shopping Center yesterday, Sunday September 18,2022.

Officers located the thief and made the arrest. They also learned the woman was on probation & also wanted on a warrant for stealing liquor from the LCBO at 1095 Arthur Street West on August 15,2022

Officers responded quickly to find a very familiar suspect who was just sentenced and released from the Correctional Center on Friday.

  • -no access to internet unless supervised by his surety
  • -reside on the 500 block of Maki Road in Murillo with his surety
  • -no contact with victims 
  • -follow his Sex Offender Order
