THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO  ~~~~~~  May 26, 2021  (LSN)  Hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officers arrested a couple robbery suspects last night, Tuesday May 25,2021.

But the Director Of Communications at TBPS never even told the public there was a robbery on Sunday.

Two males wearing disguises entered the Barb’s Laundromat on May Street on Sunday May 23,2021 and used violence to get $130 from the clerk.

TOO MUCH METHADONE WILL GET YOU HAMMERED

BIRD BATH & FLOWER POT DESTROYED BY CAREER CRIMINAL

Hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officers responded to a hammer attack call last evening, Friday April 30,2021.

It’s alleged that 37 year old TYLER DALE FREUND was drinking alcohol with 2 other males in a backyard when FREUND decided to consume 3 bottles of methadone. He immediately became very agitated and aggressive. It’s alleged that FREUND grabbed a bird bath and threw it at a fence, then grabbed a flower pot and smashed it over his own head.

It’s further alleged that FREUND became so aggressive that he grabbed a hammer and struck one of his drinking buddies in the head with the hammer. He then hit the other male with the hammer, but that male was able to partially block the hit. Both victims attempted to restrain FREUND, but FREUND was able to gain control of the hammer again and began striking his own head with the hammer several times.

Hardworking TBPS Officers arrived quickly to make the arrest and criminally charged TYLER DALE FREUND with:

  • -assault with weapon (hammer) X 2
  • -mischief under $5000 (fence damaged by birdbath)
  • -breach of 3 different probation orders (March 10,2021. January 25,2021. June 15,2020)

FREUND spent the night in a cell at Balmoral Police Station and appeared by video before Her Worship, Justice of the Peace Denette Ellard in Bail Court this morning, Saturday May 1,2021.

Justice of the Peace Ellard wished FREUND a happy belated birthday. (He turned 37 years old on Monday)

The court heard that FREUND was recently released from jail for 2 convictions of aggravated assault. FREUND has an incredibly lengthy criminal record.

FREUND tells the court that he has a methadone appointment at noon.

Provincial Crown Attorney Rebecca Senior agrees to release FREUND.

Justice of the Peace Ellard orders FREUND released on a $500 no deposit bail with conditions:

  • -no weapons
  • -no contact victims

FREUND was released from police custody to head for his methadone appointment.

FREUND has another court appearance on Tuesday June 1,2021.

As per usual practice, the Director of Communications at TBPS and his local taxpayer subsidized media buddies at TBLAZYWATCH & CBC aren’t telling the public about this violent & strange attack. Police Chief Sylvie Hauth, Mayor Bill Mauro & the Police Services Board all do nothing.
