THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO ~~~~~ November 22, 2020 (LSN) Hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officers arrested four more fentanyl dealers yesterday, Saturday November 21,2020
Two of the four were wanted on warrants by TBPS Officer, but the Director of Communications at TBPS never told the public about it.
All four men spent the night in jail cells at Balmoral Police Station and appeared by phone in Thunder Bay Bail Court today, Sunday November 22,2020
Federal Crown Attorney Arturo Acosta would not consent to the release of any of these drug dealers.
THEY WERE ALL REMANDED INTO CUSTODY AT THE THUNDER BAY JAIL
An 18 year old DAMIAN ISREAL of no fixed address, was criminally charged with:
- -possession of fentanyl for purpose of trafficking.
A 30 year old RONALD PAPASAY was criminally charged with:
- -possession of fentanyl for purpose of trafficking.
He needs to get a hold of his lawyer Karen Scullion and has another court appearance tomorrow.
A 32 year old STEPHEN KYLE PAPASAY was criminally charged with:
- -possession of fentanyl for purpose of trafficking.
He was also wanted on a warrant for breaching his probation order of December 20,2019 but the Director of Communications at TBPS never notified the public. (see more below )
A 30 year old JAMES JONASSON was criminally charged with:
- -possession of fentanyl for purpose of trafficking
- -obstruct TBPS Officer by providing a false name
- -fraudulent impersonate Daniel Dellen
- -breach of release order to remain in residence between 9pm to 7am
JONASSON was also wanted on a warrant for breaching his October 23,2020 probation order but the Director of Communications at TBPS never notified the public about this.
JONASSON has outstanding criminal charges for an axe assault. (See more below)

THUNDER BAY MAN ARRESTED FOR AXE ATTACK.
HARDWORKING THUNDER BAY POLICE OFFICERS HAVE A 30 YEAR OLD JAMES JONASSON IN CUSTODY.
THE NOT SO HARDWORKING DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS AT TBPS DIDN’T TELL THE PUBLIC THIS STORY OR THAT THE ACCUSED WAS WANTED ON WARRANTS.
Thunder Bay Police Officers responded to an aggravated assault call early this morning, Wednesday July 22,2020
Officers arrived to find a man badly injured by an an axe and a woman who had been assaulted.
A 30 year old JAMES JONASSON was arrested and charged with:
- -aggravated assault (with axe) on male
- -assault on woman
- -carry weapon dangerous to public (axe)
- -breach of probation
JONASSON WAS WANTED ON TWO COUNTS OF BREACHING HIS DECEMBER 2018 PROBATION ORDER. But the Director of Communications at TBPS never told the public about that.
JONASSON spent the morning in a jail cell at Balmoral and was transported to the Thunder Bay Jail after being denied release by Provincial Crown Attorney Gordon Fillmore
JONASSON has another court appearance tomorrow

THE VIOLENT HOME INVASION THAT THE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS AT TBPS NEVER TOLD YOU ABOUT.
THE DIRECTOR NEVER TOLD PUBLIC HE WAS WANTED OR ARRESTED.
THE FATHER OF FIVE & SON OF DEASE STREET SHOOTER HOLLY PAPPASAY HAD FLED TO WINNIPEG WHERE HE WAS ARRESTED BY THEIR POLICE SERVICE. HARDWORKING THUNDER BAY POLICE OFFICERS TRAVELLED TO WINNIPEG TO PICKED HIM UP.
