THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO ~~~~~ November 26, 2020 (LSN) Hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officers arrested a 28 year old SAMANTHA JO-LYNN SERVANTEZ yesterday, Wednesday November 25,2020 for breaching her bail conditions.
SERVANTEZ spent the night in a jail cell at Balmoral Police Station and appeared in Bail Court this morning, Thursday November 26,2020 before Her Worship, Justice of the Peace Anna Gibbon.
SERVANTEZ is charged with 2 counts of breaching her release order.
The federal Crown would not consent to the release of SERVANTEZ. The accused responded “This is fucking bullshit”
SERVANTEZ was remanded into custody at the Thunder Bay Correctional Center.
She has another court appearance on Tuesday December 1,2020.
