US-Canada border closure extended to Feb. 21

OTTAWA, ONTARIO February 19, 2021  (LSN)  Canada’s borders to the United States will remain closed to non-essential travelers until at leastMarch. 21 as the COVID-19 pandemic continues.

Blair Blair, Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness.  announced the extension of the restriction Friday . The current restrictions were set to expire Feb. 21,2021

Essential workers such as health care professionals, airline crews and truck drivers are still allowed to cross back and forth across the border. 

There has been no announced as of now as to if the American are going to follow suit with their Canadian or Mexico Border
