CELEBRATE WINTER  FORT WILLIAM HISTORICAL PARK

VOYAGEUR WINTER CARNIVAL Family Day Weekend

THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO  February 11, 2020  (LSN)   Enjoy a weekend of fun, family-friendly activities, contests and entertainment at Fort William Historical Park’s Voyageur Winter Carnival this Family Day Weekend 
 
Visitors will enjoy our new outdoor winter Zorb Ball obstacle course and bowling alleys, giant snow maze, tubing hills, skating, wagon rides, winter games and activities, live indoor and outdoor entertainment, and more! A variety of unique add-on experiences are also available for attendees such as propelling an Ice Dragon Boat using ice pick paddles, firing a musket and eating a maple taffy treat at the cabane à sucre. A variety of food vendors will be on site and Mad Mac’s Tavern will be open for visitors 19+ and feature live entertainment! 

Join us for the entire weekend by purchasing a Weekend Pass. Weekend Passes are $20 for adults, $16 for students, seniors (60+), and youth (6-12), and children 5 and under are FREE. Daily tickets are also available: $10 for adults, $8 for students, seniors (60+), and youth (612), and children 5 and under are FREE. 
 
“A Thunder Bay favourite, the Voyageur Winter Carnival is a great opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors with family and friends,” states Sergio Buonocore, FWHP’s General Manager. “With a great variety of outdoor and indoor contemporary and traditional winter activities, there’s plenty to fill the entire Family Day Weekend.” 
 

Family Day Weekend – February 15th, 16th and 17th – from 11:00am to 5:00pm daily.
