THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO ~~~~~~~ May 13, 2021 (LSN) The Kam River Fighting Walleye is excited to announce details on it’s 1st Annual catch-and-release Fishing Derby on Saturday, July 10th: “KRFW Fishing Fest presented by Sleeping Giant Brewing Co. in support of the Staal Family Foundation.” On Saturday, May 15th, registration for the event will open at 12pm. The early bird registration fee is $50, and Under 16 participants can fish for free if accompanied by a registered participant. Being that the official date of the derby is amid family fishing weekend, all types of participants are encouraged to register: especially families, veteran and rookie anglers.
