SCOTLUND CROMPTON SENTENCED TO 4 YEARS IN THE PENITENTIARY

SCOTLUND CROMPTON SENTENCED TO 4 YEARS IN THE PENITENTIARY

Red River Ward Rockwood Avenue for unprovoked attack on 82 year old

THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO  ~~~~~~  October 26, 2020 (LSN)  With enhanced time served, Crompton has about 32 months going forward

Crompton could receive day parole in about 5 1/2 months.

Today, Monday October 26,2020 was the day that local criminal SCOTLUND CROMPTON learned how long of a penitentiary sentence he was going to receive.

Superior Court Justice Patrick Smith decided that CROMPTON should receive a 4 year federal penitentiary sentence for this cowardly attack (read more on this attack in the decision attached and story below)

CROMPTON was credited with 501 days of enhanced credit. He has 959 days left to served going forward.

CROMPTON will be statutorily released in 21 months. It’s possible he may serve less than another year if he’s paroled early.

CROMPTON has has been violent for years, mostly towards women and vulnerable people. He would shy away from people who could defend themselves.

VIOLENT CRIMINAL WILL RECEIVE PENITENTIARY SENTENCE FOR UNPROVOKED ATTACK ON 82 YEAR OLD MAN

SCOTLUND CROMPTON TO BE SENTENCED ON OCTOBER 13,2020

BLAMES HIS USE OF XANAX FOR THE ATTACK.

Appearing this afternoon, September 14,2020 in Thunder Bay Superior Court is 21 year old SCOTLUND CROMPTON.

One of our Inside Edition followers was there to watch the proceedings. No other local taxpayer subsidized media was present. They just don’t care about vulnerable seniors getting attacked while they walk down the street. They’ve proven it over and over.

SCOTLUND CROMPTON was transported from the Sudbury Jail to Thunder Bay. He entered the courtroom in a red Fila hoodie and white track pants. He’s wearing a mask and hasn’t shaved in months as he has facial hair. CROMPTON is handcuffed and under the careful watch of two of Thunder Bay’s finest police officers as he sits in the prisoners box.

Superior Court Justice Patrick Smith is presiding by video. Provincial Crown Attorney Afton Brown is in the courtroom along with Defence Attorney Karen Scullion.

His Honour asks Karen Scullion to start her sentencing submission. Scullion gets to the point quickly and states this is a very aggravating crime and the unprovoked attack on this senior citizen calls out for a sentence of denunciation and deterrence. But she wants to include some rehabilitative aspect to the sentence due to CROMPTON’S youthful age.

She submits that her client should receive a 3 year prison sentence. He was high on Xanax pills on the day of the attack. She tells the court that CROMPTON is remorseful for this attack. Case law was submitted to His Honour to support the 3 year sentence submission. The court also hears that CROMPTON was in the Thunder Bay Jail from February 16,2020 to June 5,2020 after breaching his bail.

While at the Thunder Bay Jail, he was often in a cell with 3 other inmates. He would get exercise time once a month for 20 minutes. He also claims there is mould and dust in the jail and they received food past the expiry date.

On June 5,2020 CROMPTON was transferred to Sudbury Jail and claims they have a rodent problem there. Inmates have to sweep rodent feces every morning.

CROMPTON may have mental health issues, but has not been diagnosed. He receives a prescription of Seroquil twice a day while in jail which helps relieve his anxiety.

CROMPTON was high on Xanax at the time of the attack. He started using drugs at 13 years old. His mother JODEE LUCK is a meth user and dealer. She used to do drugs around him.

CROMPTON’S parents split up around that time and CROMPTON used drugs to medicate himself for the sense of abandonment. CROMPTON’S drugs of choice are pills and crack cocaine.

CROMPTON hasn’t spoken to his father in months but stays in contact with meth head Mom regularly.

CROMPTON has actual presentence custody of 321 days to sentencing date of October 13,2020 and this will be enhanced to 482 days at sentencing.

Provincial Crown Attorney Afton Brown is suggesting a 4 year prison sentence to His Honour. She has case law showing a 4 to 6 year prison sentence for this unprovoked attack is appropriate with 4 years being suggested only due to CROMPTON’S youth.

There are no mitigating factors. Only aggravating. The attack on a senior citizen walking down the street for his daily walk is very aggravating.

CROMPTON has 21 criminal convictions on his record since the age of 14 years. Eight of the convictions are for violence. CROMPTON typically gets violent with vulnerable people like women and now seniors.

CROMPTON attacked and beat the senior for no reason at all. He was left lying there on the street. A good samaritan was unable to recognize the senior due to the bruising and injuries on him

Crown Attorney Afton Brown submits that the injuries suffered by the senior citizen were life altering. The Victim Impact Statement from the elderly victim says that it had affected his life drastically. He still suffers shoulder problems from the attack and due to his advanced age, surgery is not going to happen. He used to play golf, but can no longer participate in that. He used to play an accordion in a band, but can no longer play. He fears leaving the house now. A 4 year prison sentence is in the low range of sentencing she suggests.

His Honour Smith inquires about the Gladue Report. CROMPTON’S meth dealing mommy identifies as Indigenous & French. There are no significant Gladue factors.

CROMPTON still has criminal charges outstanding from February from another violent attack and breaching bail.

An order is made by His Honour Patrick Smith to have SCOTLUND CROMPTON return to court on October 13,2020 to hear how long his penitentiary sentence will be.

INSIDE EDITION PREDICTION IS FOUR YEARS PRISON

With presentence custody, that would be about 32 months. CROMPTON could apply for day parole in as early as 5 1/2 months, full parole in a little over 10 months or be statutorily released in a little over 20 months.

SCOTLUND CROMPTON GUILTY OF AGGRAVATED ASSAULT ON SENIOR CITIZEN.

PRESENTENCE REPORT WITH GLADUE COMPONENT ORDERED. CROWN WILL BE SEEKING A 4 YEAR PENITENTIARY SENTENCE FOR CROMPTON

LOCAL CRIMINAL DOUCHEBAG HAS A HISTORY OF VIOLENCE AGAINST PEOPLE WHO CAN’T DEFEND THEMSELVES. MOSTLY ON WOMEN AND IN GROUP ATTACKS.

FULL JUDGE’S DECISION ATTACHED IN PHOTOS.

CROMPTON’S MOTHER, AN ALLEGED CRYSTAL METH DEALER DECLARES HER LOVE FOR HER SON AND CREATES SCENE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE COURTROOM.

Appearing handcuffed in Courtroom 302 today before His Honor, Superior Court Justice Patrick Smith is 20 year old SCOTLUND CROMPTON.

CROMPTON is a skinny, kid wearing a red hoodie sweater under the watch of 2 TBPS Special Constables. He’s trying to grow a beard, but it appears that he doesn’t quite possess the genetics of a man and is incapable of growing a full beard.

CROMPTON is present to hear the decision of Justice Patrick Smith after a 4 day trial was held on October 7-10,2019

On Thursday April 26,2018 an 82 year old senior citizen was out for his daily walk on Rockwood Avenue. SCOTLUND CROMPTON was walking down the street with his friend Douglas Munn. Both are known drug users of either prescription pills or crack cocaine.

CROMPTON yanked an APEX Security sign out of a resident’s yard and proceeded to beat an elderly senior walking down sidewalk with the sign. He also punched and kicked him.

CROMPTON’S lawyer Karen Scullion attempted to raise reasonable doubt with the court as to the identity of CROMPTON.

Justice Smith rejected those arguments and found portions of CROMPTON’S statements to police were misleading and false and His Honour also finds the post offence conduct of CROMPTON probative of his guilty as he changed clothes and hair colour.

CROMPTON shows no visible emotion as he is found guilty.

A presentence report is ordered with Gladue component. CROMPTON’S next court appearance is in Assignment Court on April 25,2020 to set a date for sentencing. The Crown is seeking a penitentiary sentence of 4 years for CROMPTON. If that occurs, it’s likely that CROMPTON will become an inmate sperm receptacle.

CROMPTON was a member of a bunch of criminal youth misfits called 1hunna in high school. He’s graduated from youth charges to adult criminal charges. He’s a really dumb criminal who sometimes posts his crimes on social media.

Crompton’s mother JODEE LUCK is in courtroom and declares her love for her son as he is led out of courtroom to go back to the Thunder Bay Jail where sources indicate that he gets beat on regularly by various inmates.

JODEE DAWN LUCK is a short, foul mouthed and not very good looking looking woman. She got busted last August by TBPS in a crystal meth bust. She had a minor outburst in the courtroom at one of our Inside Edition citizen journalists. She was obviously upset that he was there reporting on her little criminal douchebag offspring. Court staff asked her to leave the courtroom. The profane language continued where she told the citizen reporter to suck on her genitalia. There are no appealing qualities to this woman and an interaction with her explains a lot about SCOTLUND being the person he is.

Our Inside Edition reporter met with the elderly victim. He seems like a very kind and gentle soul. He still suffers pain and discomfort from the attack. He doesn’t understand why he was attacked. Victim Services Representative Shannon has done a stellar job as usual helping this victim through the court process.

A fantastic job by hardworking TBPS OFFICERS to get this punk CROMPTON arrested.

An outstanding job by Crown Attorney Afton Brown to prosecute and obtain a conviction.

CROMPTON remains in custody at the Thunder Bay Jail and the general public looks forward to CROMPTON’S new love life in a federal penitentiary where he gets passed around like a sex toy whether he likes it or not.

JODEE LUCK raised a real POS who is likely to be a burden on society for the remainder of his days.

Big thanks to our Inside Edition reporter for this story.
