THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO ~~~ May 27, 2020 (LSN) Last evening, Tuesday May 26,2020 hardworking Thunder Bay Police Officers executed search warrants on 2 apartments at 538 McIntosh Street in the East End of Thunder Bay.
It seems that Toronto gangsters had set up another illegal drug dealing franchise in the city.
Thunder Bay Police seized a quantity of fentanyl, cash and illegal gun.
They all spent the night at the Thunder Bay Police Station
They all appeared in Bail Court this morning, Wednesday May 27,2020 by audio before His Worship, Justice of the Peace Bruce Leaman.

An 18 year old YUSUF YUSUF of Toronto has been criminally charged with:
-possession for purpose of trafficking- fentanyl
-possession of proceeds of crime.
-breach of probation order from February 27,2020 to reside with father in Toronto.
His lawyer is Joseph Louch of Toronto.
A 24 year old JAHLIL PINNOCK of Toronto is facing criminal charges:
-possession for purpose of trafficking-fentanyl
-possession for purpose of trafficking-cocaine
-possession of proceeds of crime
-obstruct police by resisting lawful arrest of TBPS Officer.
-breach of probation
His lawyer is Michael Strathman of Toronto.
A 44 year old TYLER LYSY of Thunder Bay has been criminally charged with:
-breach of probation X 2
His lawyer is David Young
There is an unspecified revelation in LYSY’S case. He may get out tomorrow on a release order.
A 31 year old TIFFANY THOMPSON of Thunder Bay has been criminally charged with:
-possession of illegal 12 gauge shotgun
-possession of firearm with no license
-careless storage of firearm.
THOMPSON says she didn’t know she had a shotgun in her apartment
THOMPSON IS 7 MONTHS PREGNANT. She starts crying when she’s told she’s going to the Correctional Center
Her lawyer is Michael Hargadon.
A fifth person was arrested on an outstanding warrant. The public was never notified about his warrant for breaching his probation.
A 42-year-old TOMMY MCKAY was arrested in the building on the warrant, held overnight and released today. He has a future court date of August 8, 2020
