THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO ~~~ May 29, 2020 (LSN) MAN WANTED ON WARRANT SINCE 2019 ARRESTED BY HARDWORKING THUNDER BAY POLICE PUBLIC. NEVER NOTIFIED ABOUT THE BREAK-IN, THE WARRANT OR THE ARREST.
Last night, Thursday May 28,2020 the Thunder Bay Police arrested 35 year old DWAYNE WILLIAM BOISSONEAU of Thunder Bay on an arrest warrant for the Christmas Day 2019 break and enter at the Copperfin Credit Union on Algoma Street.
It’s alleged that DWAYNE WILLIAM BOISSONEAU had a stolen cell phone in his possession.
BOISSONEAU spent the night in a jail cell at the Thunder Bay Police Station on Balmoral Street.
He appeared by audio before Justice of the Peace Zelda Kitchekeesic this morning.
BOISSONEAU has been criminally charged with:
Provincial Crown Attorney Heather Bracken agrees to release BOISSONEAU on a $500 no deposit release order.
His next court appearance is August 11,2020
