Randy Scheffee Dies at 57

Tribute by Don Forneri

THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO  December 18th  (LSN)  As we look back on an emotional sports history, icon memories of the most encouraging, brave and genuine sportsmen start to the Finnish of scenes, the breathtaking statements that somehow get us riled up and excited for what we now believe is possible. Thank you randy  for all the memories at the Fort William Gardens

we will remember your quick talk sharing some good moments of all games of the local teams u covered and days off when u attended the good ole rough house hockey teams

Just few weeks ago I was with randy as I was covering the game as sports press reporter and he told me its one of the toughest jobs to do but u learn as u go at the Lakehead Thunder wolves hockey games and over the years Thunder Bay Thunder Hawks Thunder Bay Flyers and very much so all hockey that he was involved with will be deeply missed yes I’m very shocked to learn this sad news r I p Randy for sure will be missed at the Fort William gardens being sports press definitely will be different not seeing him around on his days off lol sports press never gets days off Randy   Keep cheering on the leafs above

Never give up, never give in, and when the upper hand is ours, may we have the ability to handle the win with the dignity that we absorbed the loss. we will always remember u our thoughts and prayers go out to the family’s friends Colleagues  during this  time press  media sports don Forneri
