COVID FINE AGAINST THUNDER BAY PROTEST ORGANIZER WITHDRAWN BY PROSECUTOR

ANOTHER BLOW TO TBHU’S JANET DEMILLE’S AGENDA & REGIME

THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO  ~~~~~  March 31, 2022  (LSNews)  Scheduled for Provincial Offences Court today, Thursday March 31,2022 was a provincial offences matter of 47 year old Ava AKA TRACEY DUNN.

DUNN had received a ticket totalling $875 for her role as the Event Organizer of the Freedom Protest at Waverley Park on Tuesday April 27,2021.

ONE HAS TO ASK WHY  LOCAL TAXPAYER SUBSIDIZED MEDIA  ARE REFUSING TO REPORT THIS TO PUBLIC

DUNN was charged under Section 7.0.11(1) of the Emergency Management & Civil Protection Act (EMCPA), fail to comply with an order made during a declared emergency

Hundreds of people had attended the protest to defend their freedoms and right to protest.

DUNN had been ticketed along with CHRIS SACCOCCIA, who also identifies himself as “Chris Sky”

Local taxpayer subsidized media gleefully reported that these two individuals had received tickets. But as usual, they failed to report on the court proceedings.

DUNN had retained the services of local lawyer Richard Garrett to defend herself against this unjust and illegal ticket.

Municipal Prosecutor Nuala Wieckowski told Regional Senior Justice of the Peace Bernard Caron that the charges would be withdrawn.

Defence Attorney Richard Garrett requested clarification for the purposes of the court record.

Wiecowski told the court “Pursuing this matter is no longer in the public interest”

Undoubtedly, the prosecutor had no appetite for what would have been a vigorous legal battle with Richard Garrett and most likely feared a loss that would have set precedence.

Richard Garrett remains undefeated in challenging these illegal tickets. As you may recall, charges against hair salon owners were also withdrawn last year.

Strangely enough, a Black Lives Matter protest was held at Waverley Park on June 5, 2020 with the same order in effect. We were in Stage 2 at the time of this protest and only 10 people were allowed outside for outdoor events. Thunder Bay Police Chief Sylvie Hauth also defied the public order and attended to raise her gloved fist in solidarity with BLM. Neither she, nor any other protestor was ticketed for attending. Local taxpayer subsidized news media never questioned why.

An Inside Edition contributor reached out to Defence Attorney Richard Garrett this afternoon to get his reaction on the withdrawal of charges today and received the following statement:

“We were prepared to vigorously defend Ms. Dunn's right to freedom of peaceful assembly under section 2 of the Charter and seek a finding that the orders made under the EMCPA were unconstitutional. However, the municipal prosecutor understood that pursuing the charge was no longer in the public interest which has left us equally satisfied with the outcome of the proceedings today.”

Inside Edition notes that local taxpayer subsidized news like TBLAZYWATCH & CBC are refusing to report the result of today’s proceeding.

Today’s decision is another blow to Janet “Cruella” Demille’ s agenda & regime.
