NOSTA STARTS ITS 40TH YEAR

THUNDER BAY, ON  ----  January 25, 2014 ----   The Board of the North of Superior Travel Association has elected award winning documentary filmmaker Paul Morralee as the Paul Morralee2014 President of the Association.

“Morralee’s current experience as the Executive Director of the North of Superior Marina Marketing Association and as a volunteer with the regional lighthouse group, will assist in regional development” said outgoing President Tim Lukinuk “ and we are pleased that Paul was willing to step forward and take on the leadership of this regional tourism marketing organization.”

Morralee  said that his priorities are “Building upon the strength of the 'Lake Superior Circle Tour Adventure Guide' and identifying regional tourism opportunities for our membership is key."

Morralee stated that he is ready to identify how the organization can adapt to new realities, while addressing the needs of the membership. “With the benefit of our Lake Superior Circle Tour publication reaching 80,000 potential visitors from Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Eastern Ontario, Algoma Country and Northwestern Ontario  along with Sports Shows and through direct mail , we have a strong base to move forward from” the new President said.
